Great experience with a ride to and from O’Hare. We had a baby with a car seat and they were patient with us getting it installed. Will definitely use again!

I booked this limo service for my partner’s late-night corporate pickup, and overall the experience was excellent. The booking process was smooth, and communication was consistent through emails, texts, and phone calls. The driver monitored flight changes, waited inside, met her at baggage claim, and assisted with luggage — all handled very professionally. The only minor areas for improvement were the text updates, which were helpful but could use clearer wording to avoid confusion, and the driving route, which—while the fastest—caused a little concern (partly my own fault for not specifying the preferred route). All in all, great service, very professional, and I’d definitely use them again.

For our recent trip to Chicago we reserved our rides from and to the airport with The Black Car Everywhere company. We had an excellent experience with the professional drivers and superb cars. The cars were spotless. Half of our group’s arrival at the airport was delayed and the driver kept the communication going to explain how the pick up would work. I highly recommend this car service.

Driver was prompt and courteous and arrived in a very nice clean vehicle. It was a great way to start our time in New York City.
