Chauffeur Everywhere is a premium online booking platform connecting customers with independent, licensed, and insured chauffeur contractors for limousine and car services. Chauffeur Everywhere does not directly provide transportation services but facilitates booking, payment processing, and support on behalf of contractors. Bookings, Rates, and Rescheduling

Reservations and Changes

  • Booking Requirements: A guaranteed payment method is required for all reservations, and credit cards may be charged upon booking.
  • Rescheduling: Changes made within 2 hours of pick-up are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
  • Vehicle Requests: Specific vehicles or colors are attempted but cannot be guaranteed, except for SUVs.

Pricing and Rates

  • Standard Rates: Exclusive of gratuity; rates may change without prior notice.
  • Additional Fees: Fees for late-night services, airport meet-and-greets, child safety seats, and major holidays apply.
  • Payment Terms: Payment authorization is required prior to service; if authorization fails, payment must be made directly to the driver at the start of the trip.

  • Wait Time: A grace period is provided for airport pickups (45 minutes for domestic and 75 minutes for international flights). Wait time charges apply after the grace period based on vehicle type.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Accurate passenger and special request information must be provided at booking. Users are responsible for:

  • Behavior: Respectful and professional behavior is expected; offensive language and inappropriate conduct may result in service termination.
  • Child Safety: Illinois law mandates compliant child safety seats for children under 8 years of age. Users must provide suitable seats and ensure proper installation.
  • Prohibited Actions: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited unless specific permissions are obtained.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within the designated timeframe (2 hours for sedans, 48 hours for stretch limos, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Fees: If a passenger does not arrive without prior notification, a no-show fee (equal to the trip cost plus a 20% gratuity) will apply.

  • Cyber Awareness: Users are responsible for safeguarding against phishing scams and other online threats. Chauffeur Everywhere is not liable for damages resulting from user negligence.

Limited Liability for Cybersecurity Incidents

  • Cyber Disclaimer: Chauffeur Everywhere will take reasonable precautions against data breaches but cannot guarantee complete immunity. Users agree to assume responsibility for cyber risks.
  • Third-Party Services: We do not control third-party providers’ cybersecurity measures and disclaim liability for breaches originating from external providers.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Privacy Compliance: Adherence to CCPA, GDPR, and PIPA standards ensures transparency and protects user rights.

  • Contractor Liability: Chauffeur Everywhere assumes no liability for contractor actions or omissions. Contractors bear full responsibility for meeting insurance and safety requirements.
  • Vehicle and Personal Safety: Chauffeur Everywhere vehicles undergo regular inspections, and all drivers carry commercial insurance, ensuring compliance with Illinois Vehicle Code and other relevant laws.
